About
Peggy is a member of the Democratic Club; she was born in Greenfield, Tennessee. She has a baccalaureate degree from St. Ambrose University in Psychology, a Master’s degree from Western Illinois University in Counseling Education and a terminal degree from Lindenwood University in Instructional Leadership.
Peggy and her husband have been small business owners for 21 years, she is retired from Ranken College as an instructor in Psychology, and taught newly released felons, transferable skills related to re-entry into community living, at Concordance Academy.
Peggy and her husband have 3 children
